Start a Club

Bring the Orange County Scholars Foundation to your school! Starting a club at your school is a great way to empower students, create opportunities, and make a local impact.

How to Start a Club:

  1. Find a Faculty Advisor: Reach out to a teacher or staff member who can sponsor your club.

  2. Gather Members: Recruit at least 5-10 students who are interested in joining.

  3. Set Goals and Activities: Decide which programs or workshops your club will focus on (e.g., OC Kids Write, Coding Workshops, or College Admissions Guidance).

  4. Submit a Proposal: Follow your school’s process for registering a new club. This typically includes submitting a club constitution or application form.

  5. Contact Us: Email us at [info@ocsholars.org] with your club’s details, and we’ll provide you with resources and support to get started.

Why Start a Club:

  • Help peers access free educational resources.

  • Build leadership skills and make a difference in your community.
